Engineering Design

Design that can be manufactured, installed and inspected — not just drawn.

A design is only finished when the shop can build it, the inspector can pass it and the crew can maintain it. We work at that end of the process: reviewing what exists, detailing what is missing, and making sure equipment designed to one set of assumptions survives contact with another.

Owner Representation

Your interests, represented in the room you cannot be in.

When your equipment is being built somewhere you are not, you are relying on someone else’s progress report. Owner representation replaces that report with first-hand fact — someone technically senior standing on the shop floor, holding the vendor to the specification you actually bought.

How we work

Four stages, in order

Stage 01
Understand the project
A conversation about scope, constraints and where the risk really sits — before any proposal.
Stage 02
Define the engagement
A written scope with clear deliverables, duration and cost. No open-ended retainers unless that is what you want.
Stage 03
Execute
Regular, honest reporting. Problems surfaced early, not at the milestone review.
Stage 04
Hand over
Documentation, close-out and a clean exit — or continuation, if it is working.
